Value proposition
In business since 1946, Binkelman has a variety of industrial and hydraulic hose in stock. That includes a complete selection of material handling hose, chemical handling hose, air and multipurpose hose and steam hose. Utilizing our equipment and the most advanced industry software, we can tackle any hose requirement you may have, large or small.
We provide hydraulic hose, fittings and adapters quickly. Our team will also test your hydraulic fittings and hoses to make sure they meet industry specifications. We'll put your hose assembly through at least four shots of the impulse test at the specified test pressure, impulse cycles and rated temperature. We'll also run leakage and burst tests to ensure that the hose, fittings and the hose/fitting interface are at the tested crimp OD.

Binkelman’s Industrial and Hydraulic Hose Services
We’ve got a 50-foot test bench. Are we bragging? Yeah, a little. We use it to test up to four hoses simultaneously. Here are the other hose-related services we provide.
Cutting
We can cut hose to your desired length, whether you have a single piece or an entire batch. Our automatic cutting equipment meets tolerances of 0.1 - 0.3% of the specified cut length. And our wet cutting process makes clean, square cuts. This service is available for both industrial and hydraulic hoses.
Crimping
Crimping ensures that each hose assembly we make is safe, reliable and ready for repeated use in the field. We can provide crimping for industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies of up to 10 inches. We also log daily crimp specs for accuracy in all machine settings.
Assembly
The Binkelman hose pros make custom industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies to your exact specs. Our industrial assembly processes have been UL-inspected and verified so you can be confident they meet the standards set by Continental and NAHAD - The National Association for Hose and Accessories Distribution. Our hydraulic hose assemblies comply with SAE and ISO standards, so you can trust they meet the high-pressure and performance demands of hydraulic systems.
Custom Branding
If you’d like us label your hoses for OEM lay lines, consider it done.
Tagging and Tracking
When we tag your hoses, we can include the information you want, including the location of the hose, the media the hose transports and the date the hose assembly was first used.
We can also track when each hose is inspected, plus when the hose and the hose assembly are replaced.
Insertion Marking
Another quality control step we take is insertion marking. It allows us to ensure the consistent accuracy of each fitting attachment, while reducing failure rates.
In-House Testing
We’re serious about delivering safe, high-quality hose assemblies, so we test each one before it leaves our facility. Using that 50-foot test bench and other tools, we also leak test all the metal hoses that we assemble in-house.
We’re Ready to Help
There are lots of reasons we’ve been in business since 1946. One is that our customers keep coming back to us whenever they need hose fittings, other industrial parts and critical services. It all boils down to trust, really, and we’ll make you glad you invested yours in us.
